Leonardo Salazar, was born in 1979 in San José, Costa Rica.
Education: International University of America, Costa Rica (Attorney at Law and Public Notary, 2002). International Cooperation University, Costa Rica (Master in Corporate Law, 2005). He worked in important legal firms as: Facio & Cañas, Jurex and Carazo, Montero & Fernandez. He served as Counselor in the Congress of Costa Rica as well and from the year 2006 is part of the team of  BVSQ.
Member: Costa Rica Law Bar Association.
Languages: English, Spanish and Bulgarian.
